Remember - the classes are filled on a first-come, first served PAID basis. The cost for the Puppy Preschool class is $175. The class is 8 weeks long. The Puppy Preschool Group Classes page should give you all of the information you need. Your check should be mailed to South Mountain Dog Training Center, 4785 South Mountain Drive, Emmaus, PA 18049 OR if you have a "cash" PayPal account set up, follow the directions on the Puppy Preschool page to pay for the class via PayPal. I DO NOT accept credit cards. In the meantime, fill out the form below - please make sure all fields are filled in (proof read for correctness) - so I can put this information in my book until I receive your check. This simply gives me the information that I need to be ready for when I receive your payment to complete the signup process. Once I receive your check, you are definitely in a class. I will then send you a class letter that contains all the information you need to know about your particular class. Your class letter will also include an application for you to fill out (both sides). You also need to attach PROOF of the first TWO vaccinations that include two Parvo virus injections that can include your breeders shots given and/or copies of the receipts from your veterinarian. If you do not have the two required shot records yet, you can still officially pay, sign up and then mail or fax the remaining shot records to me as soon as you get them and BEFORE the class begins. I have LOTS of excellent educational information and a DVD (which offers terrific help with housebreaking and crate training) to give you that will help get you started with everything correctly from the beginning. I will contact you when I receive your completed application and shot records. You can then stop here anytime to pickup your packet of materials from a waterproof box just outside the main entrance into the building which is under the flag on the right hand side of the building. The box is just beyond that and underneath a mailbox that is mounted on the building. YOUR name will be on YOUR envelope. REMEMBER - "A Trained Dog Is A Happy Dog !!" And a well-behaved dog makes for HAPPY owners !! And Puppy Preschool gives you the proper start and advantage of molding your puppy into what you want with proper socialization, confidence building and manners right from the start. Don't wait until your puppy is 70 or 80 pounds and totally out of control to begin training !! Thanks
