DIRECTIONS

From North:  Route 78 to exit #55 (old exit #17) at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center (Cedar Crest Boulevard/Route 29 South). Go South on Route 29 for approximately 3 miles to the last light (7-11, Texaco, Weis Market, Bank) and turn left onto Chestnut Street. Go to the first light (Pizza Hut, CVS Pharmacy, Cottman Transmission) and turn right onto South 10th Street. After turning onto 10th Street,  you will go under a railroad underpass to a stop sign. Go straight across that intersection and you will see the mountain ahead of you. Go straight up the mountain (almost 1.4 miles from the Pizza Hut) to South Mountain Dog Training Center on left (turn left into stone-lined driveway IMMEDIATELY BEFORE the "Waggin' Tails Farm" sign). FYI: The road is steep and winding. About 75 yards after seeing a log cabin house on the right, the road makes a hard left. From this hard left, Waggin' Tails Farm (South Mountain Dog Training Center) is .3 miles on the left.

From Allentown:  Lehigh Street or Emmaus Avenue to Emmaus; if coming from Emmaus Avenue, turn left and if coming from Lehigh Street, bear right at Superior Restaurant (Main/Chestnut Streets). Stay on Main/Chestnut Street to the traffic light at the Triangle (South 4th Street) and turn left. Go two blocks (past Emmaus Movie Theater and Emmaus Borough Hall) to Broad Street and turn right. Go one block to South Fifth Street (Broad Street Saloon and Broad Street Market) and turn left. Go straight up the mountain. When you are just about to the top of the mountain, turn right onto South Mountain Drive. Go 9/10 mile and turn right into the stone lined driveway IMMEDIATELY AFTER the "Waggin' Tails Farm" sign.
