Beginner Training Signup Remember - the classes are filled on a first-come, first served PAID basis. The cost is $175 and your check should be mailed to South Mountain Dog Training Center, 4785 South Mountain Drive, Emmaus, PA 18049 OR if you have a "cash" PayPal account set up, follow the directions on the Beginner Class page to pay for the class via PayPal. I DO NOT accept credit cards. The class is 8 weeks long. The Beginner/Companion Dog Training page should give you all the info you need. All dogs MUST be up to date on ALL shots - DHLPP and RABIES !!! All I need are the month and year the shots were last given. REMEMBER - "A TRAINED DOG IS A HAPPY DOG !!" AND A WELL BEHAVED DOG MAKES FOR HAPPY OWNERS !! In the meantime, fill out the form below - please make sure all fields are filled in - so I can put this information in my book until I receive your check. This simply gives me the information that I need to be ready for you when I receive your payment to complete the signup process as dictated above. Once I receive your check, you are definitely in a class. I will then send you a class letter that contains all the information you need to know about your particular class and an application for you to fill out and mail or fax back to me as soon as possible.
